Remember the big idea from yesterday’s teaching?
The Shepherd became a sheep so the sheep could have a shepherd.

Jesus, the spotless Lamb of God, rode into Jerusalem on a colt and the masses missed that He had ridden in to start a series of events that would split time in half and provide salvation for all who would believe.

Some were busy preparing for the Passover Feast. Some were busy preparing their lamb to offer as a sacrifice for their sins. Some were caught up in the excitement of the parade or the crowd, or the excitement.

But some were there to sing as their Redeemer, their Messiah rode into town...Not to form a conquering army, but to bring peace into our hearts, minds and souls.

TODAY, have you created time to recognize that the Good Shepherd left the comfort of Heaven to become a sheep, so that as the ultimate and final sacrifice, He would, could and did lay His life down for you? If so, who will you share that with? If not, will you stop your business to speak to the Spotless Lamb of God with gratitude that He rode into your life to redeem and reclaim you - RIGHT NOW?

God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:21
