Jerad leads SHC’s Facilities Team as our Facilities and Operations Pastor. He first attended Sugar Hill Church in 2011, and joined our staff in 2022! His passion is discipleship through relationships. As the Facilities and Operations Pastor, he interacts with people throughout the facility all the time. He strives to develop life-changing relationships at SHC through each interaction. He desires to see the people of Sugar Hill Church and the Sugar Hill community come to know Jesus and grow closer in their walk with Jesus! As the Operations Pastor, he oversees our Facilities Team, maintains the SHC campus, communicates with all departments to make sure their weekday and weekend facility needs are met, and makes sure the vision of the church is reflected in the hands-on work we do to the facility. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and his beautiful wife, Sydney, repairing shoes, hiking, and will use any excuse to eat Chick-Fil-A or hibachi!

Oscar is part of our Facilities Department as the Facilities Specialist. He’s been attending Sugar Hill Church since 2021, and he’s been on staff since 2023. As the Facilities Specialist, Oscar is in charge of the maintenance of our church as well as miscellaneous projects around our campus. He is passionate about worship, and he loves to volunteer with Sugar Hill Church and Sugar Hill Español to use his gifts. In his free time, he and his sister own a company where they hand make candles, room sprays, and perfumes!

Jeff is part of our Facilities Department as a Facilities Assistant. He’s been around SHC since 1973, and he joined our staff in 2002! His passion is to play a role in the behind-the-scenes in order to have a part in providing a way for someone to experience the truth in God’s Word. He lives by the idea that you can never give up on H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everyday). As the Facilities Assistant, he helps set up rooms for any events, but he also makes sure things are back in order by Sunday morning. In his spare time, you can find Jeff resting and spending time with his wife, Rhonda, and his children, Brian, Tommy, Haley, and Charlie.
