Blanca is part of our Beyond and Sugar Hill Español teams as the Administrative Director of Sugar Hill Español. She’s been attending Sugar Hill Español since 2018, and she’s been on staff since 2020. Her passion is to make people feel at home, and to help folks know that God see us all the same regardless of where we come from or what color skin we have. She wants to show everyone that His love is endless, His timing perfect, and He has a unique purpose for each one of us. As the Administrative Director of Sugar Hill Español, Blanca manages social media and communications, helps manage small groups, manages events for Sugar Hill Español and Beyond, and assists Pastor Mau with whatever he needs. In her spare time, Blanca loves to practice photography, go hiking, spend time with her son, Damian, attend food & cultural festivals, and explore nature.

Red joined our Worship Ministry staff team in 2021 as Worship Pastor of Sugar Hill Español. As Worship Pastor, she leads worship in Sugar Hill Español services, English gatherings, and Students Wednesday Night programming. Red has served on various worship teams since 2008 by singing, playing drums, and playing guitar. She has also pastored worship ministry for teens since 2015. Her passion roots from gratitude towards God and her love for His Church! She loves having the opportunity and honor of leading people into true, authentic worship in that freedom given to us. Red loves to travel and try all things adventure! She also love teaching drums & guitar to kids who have the desire to serve their church through music.

Ann serves as our Community Missions Director. She’s been attending SHC since 2008 and she’s been on staff since 2011. Ann’s passion behind what she does is being able to serve and love on people in our local schools and community. She loves to spend time with her husband, Larry, and their two kids, Kevin and Sara.

Laura joined our team in January 2019. As the Executive Director of Ministries for Sugar Hill Español and Beyond, Laura does anything and everything needed to make Sunday programming, events, and all things Español and Beyond Ministry happen. She has a heart for the details and the little things that help these ministries run smoothly. Her husband, Mauricio, also serves on staff as the Pastor of Sugar Hill Español. They met in Mexico on a mission trip and spent five years in Mexico serving as missionaries in the place where God brought them together. She has 4 children and spends most of her time attempting to keep up with them. In her spare time, Laura enjoys reading anything she can get her hands on, watching movies, drinking as much coffee as possible, and taking long, quiet leisurely walks through Barnes and Noble.

Paola is the Women’s Pastor of Sugar Hill Español. She began attending the Sugar Hill Moms Bible Study in 2015, and she and her husband Johan and her two girls Sara and Abby officially began attending Sugar Hill Español in July 2016. She has a servant’s heart and loves to be around people and help in any way she can. She loves our church, and she loves that her little girls are growing up knowing the Word of God in the best environment. In her spare time, she loves to crochet, makes shirts and dresses for her little girls, embroider, and she just loves to spend time with her family!
