Josh joined our staff in 2023 to serve as the Production Director for our Worship Ministry. He loves being able to use technology to invite folks into and help lead our congregation in worship. As Production Director, he helps serve our church by managing the technical resources, leading our production teams, and working together with our Worship Team to provide a space for people to come together and worship God as one body. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their two boys, JR and Jax, disc golfing, and playing drums.

Parker is part of SHC’s team as the Digital Media Director, serving as a liaison between Communications Department and Worship Ministry. He’s been on staff at Sugar Hill Church since July 2021, and he has attended since 2011 after getting plugged into a small group. His greatest joy is being able to witness and capture the moment Jesus changes someone’s life and then to be able to tell that story through video. As the Digital Media Director, Parker does all things related to videos, including everything from planning shoots to executing video projects. In his spare time, Parker enjoys working on his Jeep, taking it off-roading, working out, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldawgs.

Red joined our Worship Ministry staff team in 2021 as Worship Pastor of Sugar Hill Español. As Worship Pastor, she leads worship in Sugar Hill Español services, English gatherings, and Students Wednesday Night programming. Red has served on various worship teams since 2008 by singing, playing drums, and playing guitar. She has also pastored worship ministry for teens since 2015. Her passion roots from gratitude towards God and her love for His Church! She loves having the opportunity and honor of leading people into true, authentic worship in that freedom given to us. Red loves to travel and try all things adventure! She also love teaching drums & guitar to kids who have the desire to serve their church through music.

Andy serves as our Worship Ministry Administrative Assistant as part of our Worship Ministry Team here at Sugar Hill Church. He’s been around SHC since 2008, and he was hired on staff in 2022. As our Worship Ministry Administrative Assistant, Andy is part of a team that prayerfully details the plans of Sunday morning worship, and he helps carry out that plan by assisting Pastor Zach with different projects around the church and with administrative tasks. In his spare time, he loves hanging out with his girlfriend, Maggie, and his friends, and watching the Nashville Predators hockey team! Andy is a senior at Georgia Gwinnett College studying political science.

Austin serves as the Creative Arts Pastor on our Worship Ministry Team. Austin joined our team in May, 2018, but he’s been volunteering and serving since 2009. He is passionate about seeing people have a changed heart and a changed life through worshipping God and making Jesus the priority of their life. He has a love for music and the creative process of collaborating with our team to create a Jesus-centered worship experience. As the Creative Arts Pastor, Austin manages our technical resources, leads our production team, and works closely with our other Pastors to create a culture of worship that points to Jesus being the biggest deal. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife, Bea, playing guitar, and watching baseball.
